Miracles through Mind: Key to Healthy Relationships
Your basic relationship is with your mind! Every other relationship depends upon the quality of your relationship with your mind!
For every relationship that we form outside of our mind, the quality of that relationship is dependent upon how is your relationship with your mind. So, to improve the quality of any relationship, we should look at our relationship with our mind. There is a small technique that can make our bond with our mind healthier.
When we talk to our mind, make sure to never use negative emotions like guilt, anger, etc. Remember, a negative emotion destroys the vessel in which it is contained. If we consider our mind to be a vessel and if we talk to our mind with any negative emotion, then every time we use any negative emotion, the emotion starts destroying our mind slowly. This leads to an unhappy mind. Because our mind is disturbed and is getting destroyed, it no longer guides us properly and we start making wrong decisions instead of making decisions that could strengthen our relationships in any of our relationships. And day by day, the relations get spoiled.
Hence, whenever you speak with your mind, be sure to do it politely. So, if something has gone wrong, don’t scold yourself; instead, make a promise with your mind that you will think before taking any action henceforth!
