How to get sound sleep?
I am going to share a remedy with you for getting sound sleep. This remedy is rooted into the nature of our minds! When we say, “I have to get up from here only after reading this entire book,” or if we say, “my exam is approaching, so I have to study all day today,” then the mind wants to put us to sleep immediately. We will use this nature of the mind in our favor to bring very good effects and results.
What one can do to get sound sleep is that when you go to bed, the last thing you think about at night should be your detailed schedule for the very next day. It should include everything- right from waking up in the morning until you go to sleep. Start thinking about what you have to do when you wake up tomorrow. For example, if I am going to sleep now, then after I wake up tomorrow the first thing is that I have to go to a company tomorrow to take a corporate training there, where there will be 20 students, I have to answer their questions convincingly until they are satisfied. After that, there are two one-on-one meetings in the office and after those meetings, there is another meeting that I have to attend outside. After that, the time for giving healing through Pancha Mahabutas starts. After that, it’s time for dinner and then I will end the day with meditation!
If you repeat the detailed schedule of the next day in your mind, just like this, before going to sleep, then the mind will start to put you to sleep, just like the earlier scenarios where the mind was putting us to sleep the moment we would think about the approaching exams.
