• Due to the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic, Shantanu Joshi Ventures reserves the right to cancel, postpone or make changes to programs as necessary, in accordance with prevailing government regulations, and mandates from central and state governments and local health authorities. In case any event ‘except in case of Force Majeure’ is cancelled by Shantanu Joshi Ventures, participants will be eligible for the refund.


• Any Donations and Subscriptions made online will not be refunded under any circumstances whatsoever.


• In case participants leaves the program in between for any reason, they will not be eligible for a refund. This will be considered as a cancellation of your registration


• There will be no refund under any circumstances at any point either on cancellation of registration or if you miss any session. The registration is not transferable to any other program.

Force Majeure:

In the event that it is impossible or impracticable or illegal for Shantanu Joshi Ventures to proceed with or carry out any programme or event in whole or in part, due to any act of God, acts or decrees of the government, fire, casualty, flood, earthquake, war, strike, demonstrations, lockout, epidemic, pandemic, destruction of its facilities, riot, insurrection, materials unavailability, or any other cause(s) beyond the reasonable control of Shantanu Joshi Ventures and as a result thereof if Shantanu Joshi Ventures has to delay, postpone, reschedule, terminate and/or cancel the Program, Shantanu Joshi Ventures will not be liable for any losses or damages incurred by the participants in that regard.”
