The simplest method to manage your anger

You must have heard that anger is an acid that can do more harm to the vessel in which it is stored than to anything on which it is poured. So, let’s learn a technique to manage our anger and save ourselves from some harm.

It could be your customer, your relative, or some unknown person whose actions disturb you, and hence you start to feel the anger. When you are angry, you might yell at the person in front of you or fight with them. This yelling and fighting will make your stress levels high, and thus you lose your mental balance. If we can manage this root cause of quarrels, we can maintain our mental peace.

The technique that manages your anger is called the ‘three years baby technique’. What you have to do is, you have to imagine that the person whose actions are fueling your anger is a three-year-old baby. If you think that the person in front of you is a three-year-old baby, instead of adding to your anger, you will find yourself becoming calm instantly. Those annoying actions will become less bothersome. You might even find those actions to be silly! Once you use this technique, your anger will immediately be reduced by 70%.

If you are angry about something that happened in your past, imagine the same situation but convert the adults into three-year-old babies in your imagination. You will let go of that anger.
